Should you find you meet the qualifications listed on our website and wish to move forward with scheduling a showing, please send us proof of your monthly income, a copy of your driver's license or US-issued photo ID, and a phone number to us, being sure to advise which property you wish to see. We only hold homes for 30 days with a paid deposit.
